In 2011, although very young, Feisal Iseini, future CEO of Iseini Group, decided to start his first entrepreneurial activity. An industrial electronics laboratory for third parties, which produces and manages electronic boards on a "full account" or "split account".
Initially the company was structured for PTH production with manual welders, two wave welders and a small number of purchasing groups. Over the years, the company has evolved by improving the internal process, with the implementation of a management system for the acquisition and management of customer orders, which allows the company to automate, under strict control of the personnel, all statistical production processes.
It has also updated its equipment with the addition of two SMD lines, an optical inspection by inspection (AOI) and a TRACEABLE RE WORK (finishing) with the new Weller WX welding systems, which allows it to offer a process safety service of ERP-EMS manual finishing, allowing to extrapolate a Trace Ability certified welding report. However, the winning choice was to select employees and technicians with thirty years of experience in the electronic sector who then passed on problem solving to young technicians, thus creating the winning combination to be able to compete on the market.
The company has proven to be stable, healthy and competitive. He has always invested a lot in the production quality and the materials used. Among its strengths, the relationship with suppliers, selected for availability, ability and seriousness, and the peace of mind of customers made possible by the buffer stock within its warehouse, so as to guarantee a correct and constant flow of materials.
